The work I did with Rachel was intuitive and comprehensive. I’d been advised I wouldn’t walk well again without surgery, but within a few weeks I was able to move more freely, build strength and use muscles I had never known I had.

I learned how to meet my body where it was and go slowly, and my pain reduced. 

She was so amazing at holding space for me and helped me face some huge hurdles. She maintains a very non-judgemental approach, as I faced both physical and mental challenges.

If it had not been for Rachel and her willingness to be vulnerable and brave with me, I never would have found out that I have inattentive type ADHD.  She helped me figure out that most of my avoidances and struggles with food were more related to
coping mechanisms due to the ADHD then they were from what I thought was an eating disorder. 

I learned skills that were unique to me and my situation that have continued to support me over the past two years.
